Hello, and thanks for checking out my blog.  As a kickoff to this venture of regularly saying what’s on my mind.  I just want to share a bit about what why I’m blogging, upcoming topics, and expectations.  Everybody has something to say, a comment, complaint, a memory to share, or idea.  Not everything that we think about can be spoken to just anybody at anytime.  As a 30-something, urban-dwelling, single black woman, there is not enough of that perspective in the blogsphere.  I just wanted to have an avenue to share a lot of thoughts that are swimming in my head.  I’m still trying to figure out what will be my specialty topic focus; but in the meantime, I will share my views on life experiences, random world happenings, dreams, ideas and ideals.  This will be a work-in-progress of learning how to run a blog.  I hope you will enjoy reading them and hopefully it will give you some insight into my inner world.  I welcome comments, suggestions, complaints, and maybe a debate or two.  Just remember that I am only one voice, and I am only representing myself.  Comments that are meant to attack me, or others posters will be deleted.  Thank you!
